Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Clay pieces take up to 10 days, please be patient :)
pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at dekweneh, rawda. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instruction.
Delivery
Delivery takes 3-5 days after the order has been fulfilled.
You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and sent with the delivery company.
Exchange policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can only return your product for a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Custom made and clay pieces cannot be exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
